Instructor Diary is developed and maintained by SOLO DIGITAL LTD, a UK company registered with Companies House. Company number: 17220868.

Product subscription

• Instructor Diary is sold as a premium monthly single-instructor subscription product.
• The live product includes a 15-day trial. Card or payment details are collected before the trial and monthly billing starts automatically after the trial unless cancelled.
• One subscription is intended for one instructor using one Google account unless SOLO DIGITAL LTD agrees otherwise in writing.
• Do not share subscription access, activation codes, resell the app, redistribute code, reverse engineer the app, or tamper with the software.

Data model

• Your learners, lessons, reminders, topics, booking requests, and lesson records are saved in Firebase Firestore under your instructor account.
• You are responsible for checking bookings, learner communication, learner records, licence information, reminders, exports, and business compliance.

Third-party systems

• No software is 100% error free.
• Google APIs, Gmail, Google Calendar, Firebase, Firestore, mobile operating systems, app stores, location services, weather services, and devices can fail, change, or be unavailable.
• SOLO DIGITAL LTD has limited control over third-party outages and service changes.

Trial and cancellation

Instructor Diary includes a 15-day trial from checkout or activation date. You can cancel during the trial before monthly billing begins. Approved cancellations or refunds disable the subscription access linked to the customer account. To request help, contact support@instructordiary.com.
